Ground Beef Cuban Croquettes

Tough I never cooked in Cuba I remember this because sometimes I heard the women discussing about this recipe that I do remember from Cuba is this:
1.- Most of the time the beef meat for soup was "recycled" by grinding it.
2.- could be mixed with ground ham or fresh meat .
3.- Seasoning : chopped onions,green peppers cherry,
parsley,tomatoes,garlic,CUMIN,SALT AND PEPPER
4.- AN EGG can be added to the mixed ingredients
5.- Dry wine ,vino seco is also used in the mixture
6.-after the croquettes are made, dip them in the egg wash then roll them in the flour and BREAD crumbs
7.- then fried them in deep oil or shortening .
THESE CROQUETTES CAN BE MADE OF
CHICKEN AND HAM,
PORK AND HAM,
OR SALMON ,TUNA ETC.
