Toronto’s Climate Emergency – Tourists Need to Stay Away |
It is now official; after Mayor John Tory (aka Johnny Short Pants) whined Canada’s largest city has a “climate emergency,” city council voted unanimously that we in this city indeed have a crisis. This was accompanied by the usual claptrap about having zero carbon emissions in 2050, a year in which the current city mothers will be out of office, some of them dead.
Of course we can write this off as mere virtue signalling and not do anything to immediately attempt to deal with this crisis. But those who care about the city can and should take immediate steps to combat this emergency. And there is something that can be done.

MAGA Raises For American Workers |
“If it bleeds it leads” is how the old saying concerning media attention goes. And with the anti-Trump mob smelling blood in the water all we hear is “IMPEACH!! IMPEACH!!! IMPEACH!!!!” as if repeating this mantra over and over will make their dream of reversing the results of the 2016 election come true. And because of this obsessive compulsion to control the narrative the good news concerning America’s economy is buried below the fold on page 57 of the classifieds.
However, as is always the case eventually the truth comes out. President Trump, the blue collar billionaire, who sacrificed living the dream to living in a fish bowl filled with sharks, continues to work with little fanfare and less credit to improve the lives of American citizens.

China Seeks To Mollify Hong Kong With Bread, Circuses |
HONG KONG —Draconian rule having failed so far to shut down Hong Kong’s protests, the government here now hopes to distract the public with economic handouts and yet more exercises in official “dialogue.” That’s what to expect Wednesday, when Hong Kong’s chief executive, Carrie Lam, delivers her annual policy address.
That would be an insult to Hong Kongers, who have not been protesting by the millions in pursuit of bread and circuses. With great courage, they have been demanding things far more profound—freedom and the right to elect their own leaders.

Trust in Thrust -- Another "Perpetual Motion Machine" Concept |
Modern science has produced some miraculous advances in several fields. None of the ideas proposed or “invented” have ever seen any device that actually could produce energy out of nothing.
Of course, that idea, commonly referred to as a “Perpetual Motion machine” (PMM) and also known as a “Perpetuum mobile,” cannot exist. The idea has been around for a thousand years or longer by now, but all attempts to build one have failed.

Bernie Sanders' Perpetual Motion Green New Deal |
One time, as I was riding in an Uber from the airport, the driver began explaining perpetual motion.
Even though we were in a motor vehicle which needed regular infusions of gasoline to keep going, the driver, who was a devotee of ancient Egyptian technology, claimed that the pyramids were really generators, that modern technology had been stolen by the white man, and that free energy was real.

The Democrats/Media’s Trump Impeachment By Video |
From the depth of depravity the latest Democrat tactic flourishes online: Putting their own made-up words into the mouth of Public Enemy Number One President Donald Trump. Then relying on mainstream and social media to carry the message that it was really the president who uttered them.
Reality is that Trump is more viscerally hated for words he never uttered than ones that he did.
How’s that for getting an America-loving president impeached?!

Turkey Continues Aggression Against Syrian Kurds as UN Gives Erdogan a Free Pass | |
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan launched an invasion of northeast Syria last week in order to bring to heel the Syrian Kurdish population there. Erdogan’s military operation reportedly displaced at least 160,000 people so far and put many more civilians in harm’s way. At least 38 civilians in Syria have been killed to date since the latest wave of Turkish aggression began. Turkish forces bombarded towns on the Syrian side of its border with Turkey and, with their Syrian allies, have seized large portions of a northern Syrian town six miles from the border.
