MANY YEARS AGO I PUBLISHED AN ARTICLE ON THIS PROBLEM IN THE CHACO, IN MY BLOG. By this I mean that this is not a new problem or issue in Argentine.It is old, very old...decades have been going by and the Chaco population is suffering starvation, raquitism, desnutrition. In a country that has 55 millions heads of CATTLE and as many in other livestocks like sheeps.Food stuff should be send to these people for their relief.
